A team of highly experienced chefs who have previously established India’s top hospitality, restaurant and food brands have come together at Yu to craft artisan recipes across its range of products. Keeping Yu – the consumer in mind, the chefs use the freshest seasonal fruits & vegetables to make our Instant Foods Bowls more wholesome and nutritious. Each recipe is especially designed to create balanced, nourishing and delicious meals with a healthy mix of protein, fibre, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins.


Our culinary team conceptualizes dishes keeping in mind consumer preferences and usage of natural ingredients only. Our team of Sous Chefs undertake product and recipe development under the guidance of our Executive Chef. All meals prepared by the culinary team are tested at Yu’s in-house R&D facility that are thereafter sampled by a diverse Target Group. It is only after multiple rounds of iterations and samplings that the recipes are perfected and put into commercial scale production. Thereafter, our chefs and food technologists work together to formulate production SOPs that ensure Yu’s food products are cooked with consistency and utmost precision.
